In the current context, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) involving artificial Intelligence is necessary to provide a fair and impartial settlement between the disputing parties. Additionally, even if the AI ADR system functions as intended, it will take time to train users on how to use it. And overall liability of the AI failure has been addressed.
