Gender Equality in the Legal Profession

Gender equality in the legal profession has been a topic of considerable discussion and analysis over the past few decades. Despite significant advancements, gender disparities persist in various aspects of the profession, including representation in senior positions, pay equity, and work-life balance. This paper examines the current state of gender equality in the legal profession, highlighting the barriers that women face and the progress that has been made.
